Harlow Robinson
  HARLOW ROBINSON is Professor of Modern Languages and History at Northeastern University. A specialist in Russian and Soviet cultural history, he is the author of Sergei Prokofiev: A Biography and The Last Impresario: The Life, Times and Legacy of Sol Hurok, and of many essays published in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Opera News, Stagebill, and other publications. He has lectured for The Boston Symphony, Lincoln Center, Metropolitan Opera, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and other institutions.
