  ELYSSA TARDIFF is Director of Education at the Massachusetts Historical Society. Previously, she has served as Director of the Carpenter Museum in Rehoboth, MA, and Director of the Newell D. Goff Center for Education and Public Programs at the Rhode Island Historical Society. Elyssa received her B.A. in English and French from Bates College, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in English from Purdue University.------------KATE MELCHIOR is Assistant Director of Education at the Massachusetts Historical Society. Kate received her B.A. in English and B.M. in Vocal Performance from Northwestern University, and her M.A. in History from the University of Bristol. She is an Austria 2012 Fulbright Alum who performed research in the field of public memory, and has previously worked at the Boston Old North Church Historic Site, the Metropolitan Waterworks Museum in Chestnut Hill, MA, and the Heritage Museum and Gardens in Sandwich, MA.
