JEFFREY ABRAMSON is Louis Stulberg Professor Law and Politics at Brandeis University. His academic honors include the American Bar Association's Citation of Merit (for We the Jury), NEH Constitutional Fellowship, and an American Council for Learned Studies /Ford Foundation Fellowship.
